>>  Saddle cleaning typically takes 5 to 7 days, but may take longer if extensively tooled,

has additional cinches, pieces or ornamentation

>>  Leather is an organic material that can permanently stain & darken due to age, environment,

sweat, body oils or dye rub from chaps or blue jeans.  These stains generally are not removable

​

>>  Please allow appropriate lead time when making arrangements to have your tack cleaned.

Some processes may require multiple applications or extended dry times

​

>>  If you have equipment carriers, bags or cases, we do ask that you bring those when you pick up

 your tack to protect your cleaned equipment

​

>>  WE DO NOT SHIP.  Client incurs all responsibility & costs for transportation, delivery or pick-up

​

>>  We no longer accept checks, credit/debit cards , electronic or internet transfer of funds, or

 any form of payment for services other than CASH

​

>> Tack left 30 or more days from notification of completion will be charged storage

at the rate of $3.00 per day

​

>>  Tack left 90 days from notification of completion will be considered

abandoned & subject to forfeit under lien  

After 90 days we shall assume ownership & retain the right to sell 

​

>>  We reserve the right to charge an additional "Grunge Fee" if tack requires

precleaning or debugging prior to normal cleaning

Fee will be determined by condition & size of the item

​

>>  We are not responsible for damages to tack or reimbursement  or compensation for damages to

 tack other than the cost of materials and our services rendered to the item(s)
